In A Nut Shell-
We start out with a bang. A fun and straightforward song, almost rock and roll. When the music stops a machine is turned on that
plays six fire alarm bells in a slow random cycle. I explain that when I put on my bright orange
helmet
a high pitched frequency gives me vertigo and dementia.
Hence the training wheels.
I fall down and "roll" around on the
ground, climb up the wall and make my way to the bar, or ride along the card
board cut out highway out the entrance door. They clap.
I come back in the club singing a solo occapella about how I'm not
allowed back in Amsterdam, and maybe I'll dive head first into the stage left
wall, or maybe I'll make the audience come onstage to figure out what the
disturbing items are in glass jars while I play a funhouse carnivalesque game
show theme song. Did I mention that my show is always different? I perform
so many things that every night I write a new set list depending on the air
of the night and how much time and space I am allowed.
